With 65 stores and 7000 employees our client needed to assess job applicants quickly, accurately and securely. Both store managers and head office required access to results summaries. We worked closely with the client on a solution that allows store managers to easily review scores and instantly let head office know who has been selected for the position, in order to streamline the scheduling of training.

360º feedback tool for the Niagara Institute

Niagara Institute required an online version of their Effective Leadership Indicator. Our team worked closely with them to host their assessment and build a system which streamlined the collection of data from peers, managers, and subordinates. Fully functional in both French and English the custom solution automates communication, tracks responses, retains anonymity, and reduces administration time.
