Donna Dunning is a psychologist, consultant, author, certified teacher, certified human resources professional and member of the APT MBTI ® International Training Faculty. She specializes in the areas of learning, career development and work performance. By integrating the concepts of adult learning with career development and work performance practices, Donna Dunning provides a unique perspective. Her business, Dunning Consulting Inc. provides services to a wide range of clients in both the private and public sector. She consults to organizations to assist them in enhancing performance, employee development and learning. Donna also facilitates staff development sessions for organizations. For over twenty-five years she has researched, studied and applied her knowledge in the workplace. Donna has won awards for her expertise in career development, her business skills and her publications. She is the author of What’s Your Type of Career? , a type based career planning book that shows how to use and develop personality preferences in the workplace. Her other publications include Introduction to Type and Communication , Quick Guide to the Four Temperaments and Learning , Quick Guide to the Four Temperaments and Change , TLC at Work , Exam Preparation Inventory Scoring and Interpretation Guide and her most recent booklet Type and Career Development. She is currently a SSHRC fellow, Ph.D. candidate, and sessional instructor at the University of Victoria, British Columbia. Donna lives in Victoria with her INFP husband and two teen-aged children.
