Sandra Krebs Hirsh is the principal of Sandra Hirsh Consulting, a Minneapolis-based firm, which provides career, management and organizational development consultation, and workshop design and delivery. The firm works internationally and has clients from the Fortune 500, numerous small businesses, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions. Sandra is the author or co-author of over ten books, audio and video tapes including SoulTypes; Work It Out! Clues for Solving People Problems at Work; LifeKeys: Discovering Who You Are, Why You're Here and What You Do Best; MBTI ® Team Building Program: Leader's Resource Guide and Introduction to Type and Teams; Strong Interest Inventory ®: Strategies for Group and Individual Interpretations in Business and Organizational Settings; Lifetypes; Using the MBTI in Organizations; Introduction to Type and Coaching; Introduction to Type in Organizations, and Career Development Current Perspectives. Prior to establishing her own firm, Sandra was on the Honeywell Corporate Human Resource Development Staff, where she had responsibility for career development strategies, organizational culture change, and workshop design and delivery. Sandra has advanced degrees from The University of Minnesota (Industrial Relations) and the University of Pennsylvania (American Studies). She is a former Assistant Professor of Business Administration. Her faculty appointments have included the University of Minnesota Strategic Management Center Bush Principals' Program; University of St. Thomas Management Center; and the faculties of APT and CAPT. She is a member of the Minnesota Jung Association, Twin Cities Personnel Association, and Twin Cities APT. She is a national member of ASTD and was the recipient of the national Storey Professional Career Development Award. Sandra serves as the Director of Interest Areas on the Board of Directors of APT.
