Registration Deadline

The registration deadline is four weeks prior to the program. Please register early to ensure your space is reserved.

Payment

Registration must be paid in full at least four weeks prior to the program.

Cancellations/Transfers

Cancellation and transfer requests must be submitted in writing to:

FOR MBTI^® CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: A full refund, less a service fee of $250 + GST, will be granted upon cancellation received in writing, prior to the registration deadline of 30 days before the start of the program. The Participant Resource Guide (Binder) must be returned or an additional $300.00 + GST service fee will be assessed.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. Payment may be applied toward another Program for a $250.00 + GST transfer fee. If transfer is done within two weeks before the start of the program the fee will be $250.00 + GST. If transfer is done within 7 days before the start of the program the fee will be assessed at 50% of the program price + GST. Only two transfers are allowed and the transfer must be done within 12 months of the original program.

  Book returns are subject to Psychometrics Canada Ltd.’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. For proper credit, material must be in saleable condition and accompanied with the original invoice. A 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all materials returned later than 30 days from the original invoice. No returns will be accepted three months after the invoice date.

  Psychometrics Canada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any programs; a full refund will be issued to registrants in a cancelled program. Please confirm that the program will run before making travel arrangements.

FOR ONE DAY ADVANCED WORKSOPS: A full refund less a $100 + GST service fee can be provided upon cancellation received in writing prior to the registration deadline.
