Following the May 2015 release of enhancements to several MBTI® Step I™ products, a second wave of product design and content improvements has been introduced. The MBTI® Step II™ Profile, the MBTI® Step II™ Interpretive Report, the Understanding Your MBTI® Step II™ Results booklet, and the MBTI® Step II™ Users Guide have been replaced by updated and refreshed versions.

Enhancements:

  • New visual design for a refreshed look and feel
  • Updated MBTI language to simplify type concepts
  • Improved organization and layout for better usability
  • Newly designed pci chart to de-emphasize “scores” with improved explanation of results
  • Newly designed charts to help clarify facet results
  • Updated facet themes to make facet results easier to understand

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Will the old versions of these reports still be available after August 21, 2015?

No, in order to ensure a consistent, superior experience for our customers, the older version of a report is no longer available for purchase now that it has been replaced by the newer version.

Q2. Will these new versions be available in languages other than English?

Yes, Psychometrics Canada is currently working on the French Canadian versions, which will be available shortly after the English release.

Q3. How can I order the new reports, booklets, and guides?

New reports are available through CareerID, and the new booklets and guides are available through Psychometrics.
