Psychometrics Canada is looking for an intelligent, detail oriented individual who enjoys keeping records up to date and communicating with customers by phone and email in our casual yet professional office environment. If you get a kick out of tracking down and aligning information from various sources including emails to customers, social media, and the web then this customer relations/service and data management position will be a great fit! We are looking for someone who can see opportunities within our current list of clients and diligently follow up with customers/prospect inquiries providing a high level of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and cleaning the data in our CRM

  • Using email to reach out to leads and contacts from our CRM

  • Scheduling to discovery calls to qualify/disqualify opportunities

  • Managing inquiries and passing along qualified opportunities to Signature Account Managers

  • Ability to clearly communicate in English

Nice to haves

  • Ability to communicate in French
  • Experience using Microsoft CRM or Salesforce
