Voici la question que Jennie Armstrong, consultante en d\u00e9veloppement du personnel \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative de services financiers Cornerstone Credit Union,\u00a0 pose aux gestionnaires.<\/p>\n<p>Armstrong comprend \u00e0 quel point cette question peut s&rsquo;av\u00e9rer d\u00e9licate pour les dirigeants. C&rsquo;est Madame Armstrong, de retour au Canada apr\u00e8s avoir occup\u00e9 durant plusieurs ann\u00e9es des postes en formation et d\u00e9veloppement dans des entreprises technologiques \u00e0 Londres, au Royaume-Uni, qui a re\u00e7u le mandat de piloter le projet.<\/p>\n<p>Armstrong recherchait un outil pratique, fiable et rentable pour recueillir des commentaires constructifs et les transmettre aux cadres et aux chefs d&rsquo;\u00e9quipe d\u00e9j\u00e0 en poste de la Cornerstone Credit Union, une institution financi\u00e8re de la Saskatchewan comportant 9 succursales.\u00a0 L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychometrics.com\/fr\/evaluations\/levaluation-psychometrics-360\/\">Psychometrics 360\u00a0<\/a> fut choisie pour deux raisons. Chaque gestionnaire doit choisir des objectifs SMART (des objectifs sp\u00e9cifiques, mesurables, atteignables, r\u00e9alisables et temporellement d\u00e9finis).\u00a0 Deux ou trois de ces objectifs doivent d\u00e9couler de la r\u00e9troaction fournie par l\u2019outil Psychometrics 360.<\/p>\n<p>Armstrong\u00a0 et son \u00e9quipe sont \u00e0 la fois francs et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9coute lorsqu&rsquo;ils abordent les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation 360.
