d\u2019une personne en situation de conflit. Les personnes qui ont une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour la Pens\u00e9e ont tendance \u00e0 rester sur leurs positions et \u00e0 se concentrer sur l\u2019enjeu du conflit, les principes et les opinions. Elles analysent et tol\u00e8rent les diff\u00e9rences. Celles qui tendent vers la Sentiment adoptent plut\u00f4t une approche \u00e0 l\u2019amiable en fonction des besoins et des valeurs des personnes impliqu\u00e9es.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Le comportement en situation de conflit au travail ou \u00e0 la maison est aussi influenc\u00e9 par la dichotomie Jugement et Perception. Les personnes port\u00e9es vers le Jugement recherchent la r\u00e9solution. Elles \u00e9prouvent de la satisfaction une fois que le conflit est termin\u00e9 et elles se pr\u00e9occupent surtout de l\u2019issue. Les personnes port\u00e9es vers la Perception se concentrent sur l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent et \u00e9prouvent de la satisfaction lorsque le conflit est abord\u00e9.\n<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Conna\u00eetre ses propres pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences, c\u2019est bien.
