Les quatre options reposaient sur le caract\u00e8re, un style qu\u2019on peut distinguer \u00e0 l\u2019aide de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychometrics.com\/fr\/evaluations\/lindicateur-de-types-psychologiques-myers-briggs\/\">l\u2019outil MBTI<\/a> en se fondant sur les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences suivantes pour chaque type de personnalit\u00e9&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NF&nbsp;:<\/strong> un individu \u00e0 l\u2019esprit \u00e9galitaire, qui s\u2019investit et qui canalise ses efforts \u00e0 travailler avec les gens et par leur entremise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NT&nbsp;:<\/strong> un individu r\u00e9aliste, \u00e0 l\u2019esprit analytique, qui canalise ses efforts \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des plans \u00e0 la fois ambitieux et vastes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SJ&nbsp;:<\/strong> un individu ordonn\u00e9, m\u00e9thodique et qui vise la stabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise et le groupement des syst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SP&nbsp;:<\/strong> un individu \u00e0 l\u2019esprit pratique qui se focalise sur les probl\u00e8mes tangibles et fait tout en son pouvoir pour les r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Essentiellement, 67&nbsp;% des r\u00e9pondants ont d\u00e9sign\u00e9 le style de leadership du type NF comme celui qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent pour leur entreprise. Les gens qui \u00e9voluent dans les domaines des ressources humaines et de la consultation ont beaucoup d\u2019estime pour les leaders NF qui d\u00e9montrent un style ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019individu et qui tentent d\u2019infuser un sens personnel et de la dignit\u00e9 dans le travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les trois autres groupes de caract\u00e8re ont fait l\u2019objet de choix beaucoup moins fr\u00e9quents. Les leaders NT qui visent un objectif ambitieux \u00e0 longue \u00e9ch\u00e9ance n\u2019ont recueilli que 13&nbsp;% des votes de r\u00e9pondants.
