Vous apprenez \u00e0 rep\u00e9rer les mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9solution de conflits auxquels vous recourez trop souvent (sans doute par habitude), et ceux que vous utilisez rarement, du fait d\u2019avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 peu expos\u00e9 aux nombreux avantages des mod\u00e8les que vous avez peu employ\u00e9s. Bien que cette prise de conscience <strong>soit en t\u00eate de liste<\/strong>, il vous reste quatre autres \u00e9tapes \u00e0 franchir pour am\u00e9liorer votre comportement en situation de conflits : vous et votre entourage en serez plus heureux et votre entreprise aura plus de succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9tape<\/strong>, vous \u00e9changez vos r\u00e9sultats en petits groupes avec les membres de votre famille ou vos coll\u00e8gues de travail, et vous \u00e9coutez ce que d\u2019autres ont \u00e0 dire au sujet de leurs r\u00e9sultats; vous apprendrez comment ils per\u00e7oivent votre comportement en situation de conflits. Tant qu\u2019il existe une attitude coop\u00e9rative et une culture r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie au sein de ces discussions, vous en retirerez une perception \u00e9largie ainsi qu\u2019une r\u00e9troaction pr\u00e9cise sur votre fa\u00e7on d\u2019utiliser un ou plusieurs mod\u00e8les de r\u00e9solution selon les circonstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c0 l\u2019\u00e9tape trois<\/strong>, vous d\u00e9couvrirez les enjeux cl\u00e9s d\u2019une situation de conflit qui d\u00e9terminent les mod\u00e8les optimaux de r\u00e9solution selon les contextes. \u00c0 cette \u00e9tape, vous apprenez \u00e0 \u00e9valuer une situation en fonction (a) du niveau de stress (\u00e9crasant ou stimulant), (b) de la complexit\u00e9 du conflit (uni ou pluridimensionnel), (c) de la signification relative du conflit pour chaque individu (\u00e9lev\u00e9e\/faible, pareille\/diff\u00e9rente), (d) du temps disponible pour discuter du conflit (tr\u00e8s peu, mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment ou beaucoup), (e) du sentiment de confiance qui r\u00e8gne parmi les individus (\u00e9lev\u00e9, modeste ou faible), (f) de la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9coute et de communication<br>(coop\u00e9rative\/efficace versus d\u00e9fensive\/superficielle), (g) de la culture de<br>l\u2019entreprise ou du groupe (protectrice et politique versus transparente et int\u00e8gre), et enfin (h) de l\u2019importance de la relation (\u00e9lev\u00e9e, moyenne, faible). Par le biais de mini-conf\u00e9rences, de discussions en groups et de la pratique, les gens peuvent apprendre facilement \u00e0 d\u00e9chiffrer une situation de conflit afin de choisir le mode qui convient le mieux au d\u00e9part et \u00e0 passer d\u2019un mode de r\u00e9solution \u00e0 un autre selon l\u2019\u00e9volution de la situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>L\u2019\u00e9tape quatre<\/strong> consiste \u00e0 pratiquer, pratiquer, pratiquer\u2026 et \u00e0 utiliser efficacement chaque mod\u00e8le. Si vous choisissez de vous abstenir, comment le faites-vous de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 respecter et \u00e0 faire preuve de consid\u00e9ration envers les autres dans un tel cas? Si vous d\u00e9cidez de comp\u00e9titionner, comment obtenez-vous satisfaction tout en gagnant la confiance, le respect et le soutien d\u2019une culture coop\u00e9rative, dans l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 que vous souhaitiez voir durer ces relations? Quel compromis \u00eates-vous dispos\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir afin de demeurer ouvert \u00e0 la collaboration \u00e0 l\u2019avenir, surtout si l\u2019enjeu devient important pour vous et votre alli\u00e9? Alors, autant il est essentiel de tomber, th\u00e9oriquement, sur le meilleur mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9solution dans une situation donn\u00e9e, c\u2019est toute autre chose que de mettre effectivement ce mod\u00e8le en pratique de fa\u00e7on efficace et avec sagesse.
