Kilmann<\/p>\n<h3>Coauteur de la m\u00e9thode Thomas-Kilmann en situation de conflit (TKI)<br \/>\n<script src=\"\/\/s7.addthis.com\/js\/300\/addthis_widget.js#pubid=psychometrics\" async=\"async\" type=\"text\/javascript\"><\/script><\/h3>\n<div class=\"addthis_sharing_toolbox\"><\/div>\n<hr size=\"1\" \/>\n<p>J\u2019ai collabor\u00e9 avec Ken Thomas \u00e0 la publication d\u2019une monographie \u00e0 partir de laquelle nous avons mis en corr\u00e9lation l\u2019\u00e9valuation de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychometrics.com\/fr\/evaluations\/indicateur-de-type-myers-briggs\/\"> l\u2019Indicateur de types psychologiques Myers-Briggs<sup>MD<\/sup> (MBTI<sup>MD<\/sup>)<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.psychometrics.com\/fr\/evaluations\/methode-thomas-kilmann-en-situation-de-conflit\/\">l\u2019\u00e9valuation TKI (m\u00e9thode Thomas-Kilmann en situation de conflit)<\/a>. Nous voulions voir si quelques traits constants de personnalit\u00e9 pr\u00e9disposeraient les gens \u00e0 adopter certaines fa\u00e7ons plus que d\u2019autres pour r\u00e9soudre les conflits.<\/p>\n<p>Nous avons observ\u00e9 que les gens qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent l\u2019extraversion sont plus susceptibles d\u2019adopter une attitude collaborative tandis que les personnes qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent l\u2019introversion sont plus port\u00e9es \u00e0 adopter une attitude de fuite (ceci, du point de vue d\u2019une corr\u00e9lation statistique importante et non du point de vue d\u2019un rapport un \u00e0 un). Il semble que la collaboration exige un peu plus d\u2019\u00e9nergie pour l\u2019interaction avec d\u2019autres (partage d\u2019id\u00e9es; discussion de probl\u00e8mes) tandis que la fuite engage naturellement de la timidit\u00e9 ou de la r\u00e9serve \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de situations interpersonnelles.<\/p>\n<p>En outre, nous avons d\u00e9couvert que la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence de pens\u00e9e est associ\u00e9e \u00e0 la comp\u00e9tition tandis que la pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence sentiment est plut\u00f4t li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019accommodation (encore ici, selon une corr\u00e9lation statistique importante). La fonction de pens\u00e9e permet \u00e0 un individu d\u2019assurer une distance \u00e9motive par rapport \u00e0 un autre; il tendra \u00e0 satisfaire ses propres besoins au d\u00e9triment des besoins de l\u2019autre. Par ailleurs, l\u2019empathie qu\u2019un individu exprime pour un autre individu, lorsqu\u2019il utilise la fonction sentiment, pourra le contraindre \u00e0 satisfaire les besoins de l\u2019autre plus que les siens.<\/p>\n<p>J\u2019utilise ces deux outils d\u2019\u00e9valuation depuis des dizaines d\u2019ann\u00e9es dans le cadre de projets de formation et de consultation; cette formule double aide les gens \u00e0 prendre conscience de leur tendance \u00e0 employer certaines m\u00e9thodes plus que d\u2019autres pour r\u00e9soudre leurs conflits et ceci, selon leurs types psychologiques. Lorsque les gens sont conscients de ceci, ils peuvent, de plein gr\u00e9, faire le contrepoids en adoptant un comportement de ma\u00eetrise de conflit. Par exemple, l\u2019introverti pourra faire un effort s\u00e9rieux d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 pour engager une discussion collaborative lorsqu\u2019une situation de collaboration existe.
