les probl\u00e8mes de l\u2019\u00e9quipe selon le type global de chaque individu. Pour simplifier les exercices de renforcement d\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et en acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9volution, on peut segmenter le type \u00e0 quatre lettres de chaque individu en diverses combinaisons de deux lettres qui serviront de rep\u00e8res et permettent d\u2019observer les interactions de l\u2019individu avec les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe. Les fonctions, les quadrants et les temp\u00e9raments sont trois rep\u00e8res fondamentaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-h4\"><strong>Le rep\u00e8re \u2018fonction\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce rep\u00e8re r\u00e9unit les pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences en utilisant les \u2018fonctions\u2019 : une pr\u00e9disposition \u00e0 amasser de l\u2019information (S et N) et \u00e0 prendre des d\u00e9cisions (T et F). Ce rep\u00e8re fournit de l\u2019information appr\u00e9ciable lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019analyser les probl\u00e8mes de communication. Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les ST pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent employer des m\u00e9thodes de communication \u00e9prouv\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les SF aiment partager leur exp\u00e9rience pour venir en aide aux autres.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les NF chercheront \u00e0 communiquer de fa\u00e7on cr\u00e9ative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les NT aiment discuter des sujets ambitieux.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-h4\"><strong>Le rep\u00e8re \u2018quadrant\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chaque type s\u2019inscrit dans l\u2019un de quatre \u2018quadrants\u2019. Il est bon de les consid\u00e9rer lorsqu\u2019on doit faire face au changement ou \u00e0 des questions touchant la culture. Par exemple :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Les IS veulent faire preuve de prudence et sont soucieux des d\u00e9tails lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de changement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les ES veulent examiner les r\u00e9sultats pratiques du changement et en discuter.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les IN veulent traiter des id\u00e9es et des concepts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Les EN veulent optimiser la diversit\u00e9.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"is-style-h4\"><strong>Le rep\u00e8re \u2018temp\u00e9rament\u2019 <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rep\u00e8re \u2018temp\u00e9rament\u2019 est utile lorsque les \u00e9quipes doivent traiter des probl\u00e8mes de leadership.
