Team Die-Namics: Jack-o’-Lanterns Happy Halloween! To celebrate this fun time of year we held our annual Psychometrics staff pumpkin carving contest. People were grouped together to create a jack-o’- lantern that represented one of the five conflict styles from Team Dynamics, our newest team talent assessment solution linked to results from the Work Personality Index. Persuaders – convince others to do things their way Builders – find solutions that are mutually beneficial Negotiators – look for acceptable middle ground Evaders – avoid unnecessary conflict Harmonizers – accommodate the desires of others Of course, in honor of the season we renamed the activity The persuaders argued hard to convince us that their pumpkin was the ultimate representation of a conflict style.
