You further agree that Psychometrics may change, alter, amend or replace all or any part of this Agreement at any time and that such changes, alterations, amendments or replacements shall be effective as of the time of posting. Psychometrics will provide notice on the psychometrics.com web site of any material changes made to this Agreement and your continued use of the web site after the time of posting of such notice will constitute evidence of your acceptance of the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement. You further agree to regularly review this Agreement for such changes, alterations, amendments or replacements. If you do not agree with the changed, altered, amended or replaced Agreement, do not use or access the psychometrics.com web site or information, material, products or services provided therein. User Qualifications We uphold the guidelines established by the Canadian Psychological Association on sales of restricted materials. You must qualify to purchase levels ‘B’ and ‘C materials. To establish your account, qualification level and to purchase ‘B’ and ‘C’ level materials, complete and sign the Qualification Form. Level ‘A’ materials may be purchased by anyone. Ordering Information Before placing your order, please ensure you have all the required information. If you know your customer number, please include it, as this will help to speed up your order. We will bill from written purchase orders to individuals with established accounts. Purchase orders may be telephoned, mailed, emailed. Purchase orders should specify net 30, F.O.B. Edmonton. Invoices are issued separately for each shipment and are payable within 30 days of invoice date. A 2% monthly charge is added to unpaid balances after 30 days. Shipping and handling charges, and applicable taxes are prepaid and added to each invoice. Orders from individuals and private organizations must include prepayment by cheque, money order or a valid MasterCard, Visa or AMEX number with expiry date. Prices are effective January 1 of the current calendar year but all prices are subject to change without notice. Customers submitting orders with incorrect or outdated prices totaling more than 10% difference will be contacted. In the absence of alternative instructions, orders are filled and billed at current prices unless these are more than 10% above the prices Confirming Orders If an order is placed by letter, telephone, the subsequent order or purchase order must be marked ‘CONFIRMING’ boldly and conspicuously, to avoid duplicate shipments. If confirming orders are not properly marked they are treated as new orders. Return postage for duplicate shipments will be at the customer’s expense, including a 20% handling charge. Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges should be sent by certified mail or other traceable methods. For credit, material must be in resalable condition (as determined by Psychometrics) and accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. Psychometrics.com report credits, binders, PDFs. DVDs and software cannot be returned once purchased. A 20% charge will be assessed on all returns after 30 days from the original invoice date. No returns are accepted after three months of the invoice date. Copyright Restrictions All materials and tests are copyrighted and are not to be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the publisher. Any unauthorized reproduction, for any purpose, of all or any part of these publications is a violation of the copyright law. Psychometrics Canada is bound by its author contracts and distribution agreements to take prompt legal action against anyone who infringes on its rights or its authors’ copyrights. Any The Myers-Briggs Company copyrighted test instrument you order from Psychometrics is licensed for your use only, and then only if you are a qualified professional whose qualifications are on file with and have been accepted by Psychometrics Canada. By submitting this order, you agree that all copies of any test instrument you order from Psychometrics Canada are licensed rather that sold to you, and you agree that you will not in any circumstance resell, sublicense, export, or otherwise transfer to any third party any copy of any test instrument licensed to you by Psychometrics Canada. Any violation of any of these restrictions shall automatically terminate your license to use the test instrument(s) in question. You acknowledge that beyond this limited use license, The Myers-Briggs Company reserves all rights to its test instruments and other publications under Canadian, U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. WORKSHOP TERMS AND CONDITIONS Registration Deadline Registration deadline is four weeks prior to the program. Please register early to ensure your space is reserved.
