Leadership Potential Survey In our work with organizations looking to improve the identification of future leaders, we have noticed two main challenges:

  • Organizations often lack solid processes for succession planning.
  • Many high potentials end up getting lost in the shuffle, and choose to leave for greener pastures.

However, these challenges are not universal. We are collecting data from professionals from across North America regarding their experience identifying high potentials and succession planning.
