Learning to “Flex”: Welcoming the Newest Members of the MBTI Community! This week’s blog post is dedicated to the 30 new members of our Canadian MBTI® Community who were certified in Vancouver this past week – and what a week it was! With a ton of learning – paired with almost as much fun, I have no doubt these gifted and enthusiastic practitioners will go on to do great things with individuals, teams, leaders, and students alike. This week saw representation from all sectors – public organizations, Post-Secondary, Corporate industry, independent consultants, parishes…the list goes on. Indeed, the MBTI instrument continues to offer as much value as it ever has, and it is through our dedicated and gifted practitioners, facilitators, trainers, coaches, mentors and consultants that the instrument continues to help optimize individual and team potential across so many contexts. Please join me in welcoming yet another cohort of advocates – and to my Vancouver group, I look forward to working closely with you in the days, weeks, months and years to come.
