Looking back on the MBTI User’s Conference

A month ago this week, CPP – the developer and publisher of the MBTI® Instrument – hosted their annual MBTI User’s conference in San Francisco California! It was an amazing opportunity for type practitioners from the U.S and beyond to come share with one another their experiences with Type. From various industries, stories of how the MBTI assessment has helped transform teams, leaders, clients, and organizations filled the space and made for a monumentally successful conference overall. From a keynote message by Josh Bersin (Deloitte) regarding the evolving state of culture in global business, learning how to use the MBTI instrument with other tools for larger impact, through to understanding the MBTI’s place in influencing people, organizations and the world – the topics were powerful, and the delivery outstanding. I wanted to dedicate this week’s blog to some highlights from the conference, and thank CPP for organizing a great event.
