The Organizational Development team did not have the resources to bring people together for group training sessions, and many line managers and supervisors were not equipped or confident to provide feedback as a coach. The Solution: Our team of experts created a self-service talent assessment solution based on the Work Personality Index, providing individualized feedback to each employee to develop self awareness about their work style, preferences, and how these relate to the core values of the organization. A handy managers guide accompanied each report which enabled structured productive development conversations with each employee and their supervisor. The assessment was integrated within our clients’ learning management system (LMS), making it secure, easy to access online, and only available to employees. The Outcome: Even though participating in the of the talent assessment was voluntary, over 25,000 employees received their personalized feedback. This was achieved through an understanding of the value that the insights provided as well as regular communication from the Organizational Development department to managers and staff about the availability of the assessment.
