  • This training is only offered to organizations looking to use the TKI to help develop their team(s) internally.
  • Each participant will be invited to take the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode, in order to better understand themselves and their approach to conflict.
  • This is a half-day training session, with four hours of instructional time.
  • This training is only offered in English.
