Different Types of New Year’s Resolutions

Happy 2017, Type Practitioners! Ah yes, a new year. That time when many of us reflect on the one before, and develop new goals, aspirations or resolutions for the new year. If you’re one of those people who consistently seem to have the same resolution every year – and are still looking at a cluttered storage closet or an unused treadmill – you are not alone! Research tells us that in reality only about 8% of individuals actually stick to their resolutions – but perhaps this has to do more with our resolutions than the individuals making them.

So, in this spirit, check out some New Year’s resolutions based on what we know of MBTI® preferences and their common developmental areas (with a little fun of course!). Do you see yourself here? Your loved ones?
