How long does it take raters to complete the assessment?

About 15 to 20 minutes to complete the 125 items. Short enough that you won’t get pushback from busy teams, but long enough to provide in-depth insights for a leader’s development.

Is the rater’s confidentiality protected?

Yes. Individual responses are never shared with the leader being assessed (or the person administering the assessment). Raters only give honest feedback when they know it can’t be traced back to them, so confidentiality is built into every step of the process.

Can we use 360 data for performance evaluation?

Psychometrics 360 is designed for development only.

Is Psychometrics 360 available in French?

Yes. The Psychometrics 360 assessment is available online in both English and French through the Psychometrics.com portal, supporting French-speaking or bilingual organizations.
