IMPORTANT DETAILS

While we expect our sessions to fill, there is always a remote possibility that a session may be cancelled due to low registration. Therefore, do not commit to non-refundable airline reservations until three weeks prior to the training session. In the event that the session must be cancelled, you will be promptly informed.

PURCHASING MBTI AND STRONG PRODUCTS OUTSIDE OF CANADA

Training participants from outside of Canada cannot purchase MBTI or Strong assessment products from Psychometrics Canada (through Psychometrics.com or otherwise). However, they can purchase MBTI and Strong assessment products through the distributor in their Country.

PAYMENT

Registration must be paid in full at least four weeks prior to the program.

FOR MBTI® PUBLIC AND VIRTUAL CERTIFICATION PROGRAM: A full refund, less a service fee of $250 + GST/HST, will be granted upon cancellation received in writing, prior to four weeks before the start of the program. The Participant Resource Guide (Binder) must be returned or an additional $600.00 + GST/HST service fee will be assessed.

FOR MASTER CLASS WORKSHOPS: A full refund less a $100 + GST/HST service fee can be provided upon cancellation received in writing prior to four weeks before the start of the program, or transferred to another location at no cost.

FOR OPTIMIZING TEAM PERFORMANCE PROGRAM: A full refund less a $100 + GST/HST service fee can be provided upon cancellation received in writing prior to four weeks before the start of the workshop, or transferred to another location at no cost.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED FOUR WEEKS BEFORE THE START OF THE PROGRAM. Payment may be applied toward another Program for a transfer fee of $250.00 + GST/HST.  If transfer is done within 7 days before the start of the program the transfer fee will be assessed at 50% of the program price + GST/HST. Only two transfers are allowed and the transfer must be done within 12 months of the original program.

NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS WILL BE ISSUED FOR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO ANY TRAINING PROGRAM, MASTER CLASS, OR OPTIMIZING TEAM PERFORMANCE PROGRAM.

Book returns are subject to Psychometrics Canada Ltd.’s Returns and Exchanges Policy. For proper credit, material must be in saleable condition and accompanied with the original invoice. A 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all materials returned later than 30 days from the original invoice. No returns will be accepted three months after the invoice date.


Strong Assessment LogoFOR STRONG INTEREST INVENTORY® CERTIFICATION ONLINE PROGRAM: A full refund, less a service fee of $150 + GST/HST, will be granted upon cancellation received five (5) business days or more from your scheduled start date. Psychometrics Canada Ltd. reserves the right to cancel any programs; a full refund will be issued to registrants in a cancelled program. Please confirm that the program will run before making travel arrangements.
